Sources revealed that, since Lara got this offer from Yashraj Films, she is following strict diet and rigorous exercise routine to shed each extra pound from her body and get perfect bikini figure. Apart from aerobics, dancing, swimming and gym exercises the pretty actress is also taking help from power-yoga and meditation to achieve size-zero figure like Kareena Kapoor.
