Intelligent bollywood lady with a beautiful photogenic face, Lara Dutta is copying Bips idea. Dusky Bengali beauty Lara, is going to launch her fitness DVD & apparels series in exactly same way as Bipasha Basu launched her fitness DVD range “Fit and Fabulous” recently. Lara seems very excited and serious about the DVDs launch, even she is taking help from beau Mahesh Bhupati to talk to some big sport icons to come and share their views and tips in Lara’s DVDs.

The interesting part of the story is that Bipasha knows about Lara’s plans. She recently made her comments on the matter.
“I have heard that a lot of people are thinking along similar lines. I have no problems if people follow trends but I hope whosoever does it, does it with all their heart, dedication and passion in it and not just as an experiment, or a PR strategy, “ says Bipasha.

Bips even told a tabloid that Lara’s friends were spying on Bipasha’s DVD launch plans. They tried to fetch the information from Bips office and friends indirectly which does not come under professional ethics. In stead, they could have asked her directly.

But on the other side, according to Lara, she is not copying anyone else but the idea of launching her fitness DVD series is totally inspired from her own hard work and success in achieving perfect bikini figure in her last year release “Blue”.

Well, Lara is right now busy in promoting her upcoming flick, Sajid Nadiawala’s “Houseful” with Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh and fellow ladies Jiah Khan & Deepika Padukone. Film promos are out and Lara is looking quite hot. Now the question arises, Will this multi starer film be able to save Lara’s drowning career or not? B-Town is loaded with Miss India winners. Few of them like Priyanka Chopra, Aishwarya Rai, Lara Dutta , Shushmita Sen & Gul Panag earned a really good name here but others like Tanushree Dutta, Yukta Mukhi, Sayali Bhagat, Celina Jaitley etc could not attained sufficient success here and either moved to southern film industry or just disappeared after few films.

Once again, a former Miss India (2007) and popular MTV VJ, Sarah Jane Dias, is ready to kick off her bollywood career with Ritesh Sidhwani & Farhan Akhtar’s company Excel Entertainment’s upcoming movie “ Crooked”.

Crooked will be Sarah’s first Hindi film but she has already made her debut in Tollywood via romantic comedy, Theeradha Vilaiyattu Pillai opposite actor Vishal Krishna. Abhishek Bacchan is playing the lead role and Sarah will be playing Abhishek’s love interest in the movie. Ex – ad filmmaker Abhinay Deo will direct the movie. According to tabloids, choosy Frahan Akhtar & Ritesh Sidhwani took more than 100 auditions last year and then finally selected Sara last January.

Apart from Sarah, two other ladies, Kangana Ranaut & Rock On fame Shahana Goswami have been signed for the film. This film is supposed to be an action thriller and most of its shooting is planned to be done in Greece, Thailand, UK and Mumbai.

Sarah Jane Dias first came into limelight when she won a talent hunt show and became VJ for MTV’s popular Model hunt show “ Get Gorgeous”. She also worked in a music album “ Switch” of an Australian rock band. Being a former Miss India, Sarah is very confident about her success in Bollywood. Even she see herself as one of the top actresses in the near future. “I want to be a household name as an actress who the audience can relate to,” says Sarah.

When she was asked about style diva among Shushmita , Aishwarya and Pryinaka Chopra who was also her co contestant in Miss India 2000, Lara chooses Shushmita , she said, shush is a real style diva and praised her open heartedly. And when she was asked about her personal style funda and whose clothes she likes most to put in her wardrobe, the lanky lass named Shahab Durazi, Tarun Tahiliani , Raakesh Agarvwal , Dolce & Gabbana , Roberto Cavalli, Armani & Valentino, on her personal liking, she said she like cyclic fashion from 1920’s, 40’s and 60’s but not so fashion freak.
She admitted that she is inspired by international models Naomi Campbell & Linda Evangelista and Madhu Sapre & Meher Jesia. Among Indian actors, she admired King Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor’s style sense.
But when she asked a general question about Indian men’s style sense, she smiled & answered that Indian men don’t make effort to take much chances in trying fashion & style trends and they are quite boring though. Well, Lara is always known as beauty with brain and now everyone is noticing her enhanced oomph factor in Blue.
