Hot yoga beginers class runs approximately 90 minutes, incorporates a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, and is ideally practiced in a room heated to a minimum of 105°F (usually hotter) with a humidity of 40%. Decades later, the Hot Yoga techniques are attracting celebrities and common people once again and Sherlyn is one of them.

Sherlyn has recently confirmed in a media interview that she is practicing hot yoga techniques, aasans and breathing exercises regularly and finding a new positive energy, improved fitness level and confidence with in her self.

Sexy siren says, “It’s a sexy way to not only suffer but also watch oneself suffer”. She further added, She loves the pain, which comes with it and her body, though feeling rejuvenated after it, keeps longing for that kind of pain. Even, Sherlyn is now planning to launch her own fitness DVDs range, which will be based on hot yoga techniques and exercises.

Her publicist Dale Bhagwagar informed publically that she is being signed by a well-known producer but he did not reveal further details.
“There is still some time before we can reveal the name of the producer. Narmmadaa is looking forward to a lot of commercial and glamorous roles in Bollywood at the moment,” Bhagwagar told IANS.

He’s added, “I’d have liked Narmada to be launched by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He’s among our best. But since that’s not possible we’re looking at some other names. My daughter has to be directed by someone who has a vision and an aesthetic sense and also respects the work that I do.”
