Next Friday will be a big day for Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan. The reason is, a grand and very important film of career, Maniratnam’s “Raavan” is getting released. Both of them are having big hopes with the movie. However, film’s promos have already become very popular, specially the Rahman’s melodious music.

Recently the Aishwarya Rai & hubby Abhishek Bachchan have been interviewed and they told many things about each other and their personal life as well. When a journalist asked that how do they manage their work and personal life together, the star couple said,”No, we leave our work behind in the studios. Home is our personal space… and we have a lot to talk about other than work.”

It seems this sweet couple miss each other too much when they work alone. Last days, Ash was in Paris to honor “Gustavo Kuerten” for his work with disadvantaged children and Abhi was attending press conference of “Raavan”. And as soon as Aishwarya’s plane landed in India, she asked driver to directly take her to hubby Abhishek and surprised him. Couple get very less time to spend with each other so they don’t miss any chance to be together.

These days, Abhishek is busy in shooting of Abhiney Deo’s upcoming thriller “Game”, Ashutosh Gowarikar’s “Khele Hum Jee Jaan Se”, “Faltu”, “Dum Maaro Dum” and “Kharachi Express” and Ash is busy in Vipul Shah’s “Action Replay” & Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Gujaarish”.

Bollywood’s undisputed beauty icon, vivacious and elegant, Aishwarya Rai might be seen in a Hollywood flick again. Recently, Aishwarya went to attend Cannes film festival and got caught in great Hollywood filmmaker Martin Scorsese eyes.

Martin got too impressed by Aish’s timeless beauty & talent and decided to cast her in his upcoming project. However, according to few tabloids, it was not their first meeting.

“The two have had discussions before, the meeting in Cannes gave them just the excuse to bond over films, India and Bollywood,” said source. Even Martin invited the bollywood diva for an exclusive dinner.

Martin owns a film company “World Cinema Foundation” and he was there at Cannes for presenting his latest film, ” the Italian classic Il Gattapardo” directed by Lucino Viscomti.

Martin was very impressed by Ash since he watched her performance in Bhansali’s “Devdas’ and the another reason behind considering Aishwarya for the lead role in his new film is his keen interest on restoring Uday Shankar’s classic dance-ballet film “Kalpana” because he finds Aishwarya is the most suitable actress for the central character of Kalpana.

Ash will attend the dinner hosted by Scorsese this Sunday and there they will talk about the film script and other things and according to sources, multiple discussions wth hollywood filmmaker points that Aishwarya will most likely accept the offer.

However, Hollywood is not an unknown place for Aishwarya. She has alreay worked in hollywood films: “Mistress of Spices”, ” Bride and Prejudice”, “Provoked”, “The Pink Panther II” etc.

Apart from Ravana, one of her other upcoming projects are, producer Vipul Shah’s full too commercial masala film “ Action Replay”. For this film, after a long time since they worked in “Khaki”, Ash and Akshay Kumar are coming opposite each other in lead roles.

The next film in line is director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ambitious project “Guzarish” for which he is repeating Jodha Akbar’s hit jodi once again. Aishwarya is portraying the character of a married nurse who falls deeply in love with a paraplegic wheelchair-using patient, suffering from impairments of the motor and sensory functions of the lower limbs, played by Hrithik Roshan. According to tabloids, apart from acting, Ash and Hrithik have sung a duet song as well in the film.

Beyond bollywood, Ash is doing a multi billion Tamil project “ Endhiran” oppsoite great actor Rajnikath. The film’s story is based on famous Tamil writer Rajesh Kumar’s novel on a unique robot with human emotions and feelings. The story revolves around an intelligent young scientist who builds a robot which is capable of feeling things just like humans do and is also able to experience all kinds of human emotions.

Crooked will be Sarah’s first Hindi film but she has already made her debut in Tollywood via romantic comedy, Theeradha Vilaiyattu Pillai opposite actor Vishal Krishna. Abhishek Bacchan is playing the lead role and Sarah will be playing Abhishek’s love interest in the movie. Ex – ad filmmaker Abhinay Deo will direct the movie. According to tabloids, choosy Frahan Akhtar & Ritesh Sidhwani took more than 100 auditions last year and then finally selected Sara last January.

Apart from Sarah, two other ladies, Kangana Ranaut & Rock On fame Shahana Goswami have been signed for the film. This film is supposed to be an action thriller and most of its shooting is planned to be done in Greece, Thailand, UK and Mumbai.

she reached on the sets and shot all the scenes well till noon. but at lunch break she realized that her lips were swelled up due to overdoes of antibiotics she consumed in the morning and it can be clearly noticed by anyone. even then, Aishwarya decided to proceed with the remaining shoot planned for the day and covered her face with a dupatta for rest of the scenes and Ash did it perfectly.

Initially due to global recession the project was struck in mid and shelved for a while but now Sun Pictures company from Chennai has brought the production rights and film is planned to be released in april this year and..

Other than Endhiran, Aish will also be seen on silver screen along with hubby Abhishek for Maniratanam’s upcoming drama “ Ravana” . it might possible that Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming movie “ Gujaarish” in which she is once again paired with Hrithik Roshan will get release by year end. Currently the Guzaarish shooting is on with full speed.
