Hot Rani Mukherjee

Known originally as the “Khandala Girl”, Rani Mukherjee has become one of the biggest actresses in Bollywood today. As a powerhouse of talent, this fiery Bengali beauty has never fallen short if amazing her fans. She is extremely beautiful and a master at what she does – acting. This great combination has helped her in going major places, ever since she set her foot in Bollywood.

Rani did not have a great start in Bollywood, with her debut film, Raja Ki Ayegi Barat, fairing rather poorly at the box office. However, Rani was noticed for her good performance and soon was cast by Vikram Bhatt in Ghulam, opposite none other than Amir Khan. The movie proved to be a great platform for her, and though Rani did not have many scenes, she got her share of fame after the movie. But the movie that really changed the fate of Rani Mukherjee was Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. This blockbuster movie, where she acted alongside Kajol and Shahrukh Khan, made her an overnight sensation and she was soon pitted as the next superstar.

She took her time, and after a spate of flops, finally managed to establish herself in the industry. She continued to win awards and hearts at the same time and as a result, her popularity skyrocketed! She was seen in hit films like Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega, Hum Tum, Black and Yuva.

With fame came the rumors and she was rumored to be having affairs with film personalities like Abhishek Bachchan, Karan Johar, Govinda and Aditya Chopra. Rani, however, never confirmed or denied any of these rumors.

Rani Mukherjee fans have not seen her too much on screen of late and that is because of her decision to only act in Yashraj films. But given the fact that she is one of the most talented heroines around, it surely won’t be long before she does her share of films. I, for one, cannot wait for that to happen! What about you?
