Mani Ratnam is known for making numerous films that are thematically historical and mythological. This time he has planned a full-fledged adaptation of the novel. This concerned novel ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ is one of the greatest novels of all times written in Tamil. It is basically a period themed novel that deals with the fortunes of the Chola Empire during the 10th century. The story revolves around Vandiyathevan, a charming young man who comes to the Chola land to deliver a message from Crown Prince Aditya Karikalan.

Mani has approached Vijay who will play the courageous warrior Vallavarayan Vandiyatheyan and Mahesh Babu will play king Aditha Karikalan. In addition to this he has also signed Arya who will be Arulmozhi Varman. The latest and most spicy buzz of the town is that he has approached Piggy Chops to do a very important role in the film.

So is Priyanka Chopra really planning Tollywood in her near future? Well, where every actor of Bollywood wishes to work at least once with this maverick man of superb direction, our desi gal has no time for him. If sources are to believe then she is too busy and is on a continuous hoot for two films back to back. They are Karan Johar’s ‘Agneepath’ and Anurag Basu’s ‘Burfi’.

Mani Ratnam plans to cast Priyanka Chopra in ‘Veerudu’ and thus wants to meet the girl. But she is unable to commit for any other project as she is too packed with her previous projects. A close source from the industry reveals, “Ratnam’s period film is set in 1500 BC and he feels that the ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’ actress would be able to do justice to the character.”

Priyanka Chopra might have been on the ninth cloud when she would have got the news that Mani wants to cast her in his film? “She plans to meet to him personally as soon as possible. This would be her first Tamil film, and it’s believed to have a huge budget allocated to build huge sets and also use some exciting SFX,” said a source.

Recently in a promoting event of  bollywood movie “Anjana Anjani” Priyanka appeared in alive interview and she expressed her views on marriage and how her life partner should be.

“He should be sincere, honest and he should love me unconditionally… and yes, he should be funny.” the former miss world said.

Chopra told her views about marriage too saying, “I feel every girl thinks about her ideal man since her childhood, but I have learnt that we must not make such plans, and that especially goes for me… because I propose, and then god disposes. He says ‘I have my own plans for you’,” Priyanka told reporters here when asked about the kind of groom she wants.

“Till now, I have felt like god’s chosen child. He has blessed me and I have got immense success. So I hope He finds the right guy for me whenever it is the right time,” she added.

But when  Priyanka was asked will she find all these qualities in Shahid Kapoor and could he be her groom ? She got little uncomfortable and clearly answered, “I have decided to talk about my professional life only. I don’t talk about my personal life anymore. Yes, the media has a right to ask…but I have always denied it and will keep denying it.”

Well, Piggi Chops faced all the questions very philosophically and diplomatically and all her answers were politically correct but who knows in future she will tie a knot with some filmy guy may be Shahid or someone else.

Priyanka Chopra has lots of issues with assistant stylist’s work, the color combinations she choose, fabric, design everything. Some sources revealed that according to Piggi Chops, “The assistant stylist herself seems petrified by the situation. Since she is a junior person, she can’t even explain herself.

And that’s why Priyanka Chopra was upset on the sets. now she has made complains to Manish and because of that Manish himself is finalizing the color combinations and cloths but the big problem is that Manish cant be present at each and every shooting location of “Anjana Anjanai” so he is trying remove the rift formed up between his assistant & Priyanka but everyday this rift is increasing.

may be Priyanka is right and Manish’s assistant designer is not as perfect as Manish but the bad part is instead of explaining things softly to assistant stylist, Priyanka behaves in very rude way. Well, someone has said it right, ” Success brings attitude and ego too”.
