She clarified, “It’s rubbish. I have no idea how people can imagine such things. We’re all human beings and one should be sensitive to people. Well, after giving impressive performance in a purely non glamorous role in her last release, Shyam Benegal’s “ Well Done Abba”, now actress will be seen in Bheja Fry’s sequel “Bheja Fry 2” along with polished actors like Rajat Kapoor and Vinay Pathak. Again, in her last release, legendary director Shyam Benegal’s ” Well Done Abba”, she came in totally makeup less, non glamours punjabi village girl role and her performance was well received by critics and audience both.

Soon after, once again she made a image switch and this time not for any film but she appeared in a new sexy avatar for an exclusive photo shoot done for leading fashion magazine FHM’s latest April issue.

Shots are taken by fashion photographer Vikram Bawa and Minisha in looking ultimate hot & sexy in all the poses but each pose is styling her uniquely. Her outfits, makeup and shoe accessories, all are fantastic and perfectly matched.

After “Well Done Abba”, perhaps Minisha does not have any new project in hand but the pahadi girl has really proved her acting skills and versatility by playing variety of roles perfectly. At this point Minisha just needs a right project from right banner to showcase her talent.

Minissha Lamba belongs to a Punjabi sikh family based in Delhi. Minissha was pursuing graduation in “English Honors” from Mirinda House, Delhi and was simultaneously doing some modeling assignments as a hobby.

Her long-term aim was to become a journalist but destiny took her to showbiz, when bollywood director, Shoojit Sircar, saw her in a Cadbury commercial audition, approached her and signed for female lead role in his next movie “Yahan”. Minissha Lamba played the role of a cute kashmiri girl “Ada” in “Yahan” and audience loved her innocence.

Later Minissha Lamba worked in “Rocky”, “Corporate”, “Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd”, “Dus Kahaniyan” etc. In all of these movies, though Minissha’s role was short but was played well. Minissha regained much attention when last year she appeared in three big films, one off beat movie, “Shaurya” in which she was paired opposite Rahul Bose ,other commercial movie “Bachna Ae Haseeno” opposite Ranbir Kapoor, and the third one was thriller “Kidnap” opposie Imraan Khan. All the roles were far different with each other but Minissha portrayed all the characters beautifully and made an impact. Versatility is the specialty of this young hard working actress.
