First Rani Mukherjee then Vidya Balan and now Kangna Ranauat has walked off from “Midnight Children”. According to yesterday media reports, actress Kangna Ranaut has quit great director Deepa Mehta’s new project “Midnight Children” which is based on booker award winner and one of the most famous novels of all times, “Midnight Children” written by Salman Rushdie.

Kangna was offered to portray the character of “Emerald” and after listening the story she did say Yes to Deepa but with in just few weeks, she decided to back off the film. what could be the reason? well according to Kangna’s spokesperson, dates problem is the issue. Dates are clashing with her another film “Raskal”.
Nowadays, Kangana is busy in shooting of Indra Kumar & Ashok Thakaria’s new film, Dhamal’s sequel “Double Dhamal”. And apart from “Double Dhamal” Kangna has number of other projects lined up. She will be doing one film opposite Salman Khan under the direction of Sanjay Manjerekar, then she has David Dhawan’s Rascal, Priyadarshan’s Bullet Train, Pritish Nandy’s Actor with none other than Big B, Anees Bazmi’s No Problem, director Anand Rai’s Tanu Weds Manu in which she is first time paired opposite R Madhwan and Mani Shankar’s Knockout.
As said by Kangana’s spokesperson that she left this high profile film due to dates issue but the truth is somewhat different. Actually, the character “Ernald” offered to Kangna Ranaut was a woman of a fourteen years old kid and that’s why leading bollywood lady has rejected the role. Kangna was the third choice for this role. Earlier, Rani Mukherjee then Vidya Balan also left the film due to same reason. But now actress Soha Ali Khan has been signed in the film. But,it seems really difficult for Deepa to complete the cast for this historic film.
