In this film she plays the role of a girl set in Mumbai named Naina. It is her 30th birthday and at the same time she has to tackle her recent heartbreak from her boyfriend. As if this not enough to perturb her, she sees a crisis in her advertising career also.

Set at the backdrop of Mumbai, ‘Turning 30!!!’ is a comedy drama by Prakash Jha where he has effectively depicted the life of a single young woman and her journey of finding herself, discovering love and blossoming into a woman of substance.

The Producer of the film Prakash Jha is very confident about the movie as he has tried his hands for the first time with a different genre. Alankrita Srivastava is the director of the film whereas Siddhartha and Suhas have composed the music of the film.
It is yet to be seen if the audience would approve of Gul as Turning 30 who has already turned 30 in her real life last year.
