Aruna Shields is a new entry in B-town who is making her debut via movie “Prince” opposite actor Vivek Oberoi. Aruna has been signed as a female lead in film “Prince” and she is portraying an important character of “Agent Maya” who is Prince’s all time partner in all criminal activities.
Aruna Shield is of Anglo-Indian descent and a well known face in UK. Aruna shields attended the “Guildhall School of Music and Drama” and also obtained a degree from “Central St Martins, London.”

Presently she is training with celebrity acting coach Howard Fine. Aruna Shields has worked in number of UK commercials, TV series and films. She has appeared in UK television series Byker Grove, Uncovering Iran and Breakfast with frost. Then in 2002, Aruna Shields started working in films. Her debut film was “Jesus the curry king”. Other films are: “Ali G Indahouse”, “Private Moments” & “Mission Improbable”.
Apart from “Prince”, Aruna Shield has signed lead role in a new bollywood flick ” Mr Singh Mrs Mehta” the same role was rejected by sixty other actresses beacuse there was the demand for a totally nude scene in the film but Aruna accepted this offer and shot the nude scene for the film.
When director of the film, Parvesh Bhardwaj was asked about this scene controversy during an interview, he told,”the character Neera is trapped in middle class morality and is a muse for a nude painting, which changes her life and then she is not even bothered about the world once the painting becomes public. “It is a tough journey towards self-discovery,” says the director, adding that none of the actresses were willing to see his viewpoint.
Well, Aruna has already shot the nude scene successfully and film will be released by this year end.
