According to rumours, Aishwarya reached the backstage well before her number and had a long time to wait before her name was announced. Thus, she decided to go to the nearby lounge till her name was called. However, it seems that it was just not her day. When Aishwarya entered the lounge, she saw Salman sitting there and made a hasty exit. It seemed that Aishwarya was not comfortable in Salman’s presence and wanted to avoid any scene.

Aishwarya preferred to wait outside the lounge till her number was called. Even, Cineyug the organizers of the show could not convince Aishwarya to enter the lounge. She chose to wait outside even after Salman left the lounge. Salman Khan, on the other hand, was unperturbed by Aishwarya’s presence. He seemed to behave in a calm and unembarrassed manner. Salman has truly and definitely well got over the Aishwarya Rai episode, which is now a distant history.

However, it seems that Aishwarya needs some more time to get over her awkwardness when she comes face-to-face with Salman. Irrespective, of this little episode, Aishwarya gave a stunning and spectacular performance at the Awards function.

Recently the Aishwarya Rai & hubby Abhishek Bachchan have been interviewed and they told many things about each other and their personal life as well.

When a journalist asked that how do they manage their work and personal life together, the star couple said,”No, we leave our work behind in the studios. Home is our personal space… and we have a lot to talk about other than work.”

It seems this sweet couple miss each other too much when they work alone. Last days, Ash was in Paris to honor “Gustavo Kuerten” for his work with disadvantaged children and Abhi was attending press conference of “Raavan”. And as soon as Aishwarya’s plane landed in India, she asked driver to directly take her to hubby Abhishek and surprised him. Couple get very less time to spend with each other so they don’t miss any chance to be together.

These days, Abhishek is busy in shooting of Abhiney Deo’s upcoming thriller “Game”, Ashutosh Gowarikar’s “Khele Hum Jee Jaan Se”, “Faltu”, “Dum Maaro Dum” and “Kharachi Express” and Ash is busy in Vipul Shah’s “Action Replay” & Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Gujaarish”.

Martin got too impressed by Aish’s timeless beauty & talent and decided to cast her in his upcoming project. However, according to few tabloids, it was not their first meeting.

“The two have had discussions before, the meeting in Cannes gave them just the excuse to bond over films, India and Bollywood,” said source. Even Martin invited the bollywood diva for an exclusive dinner.

Martin owns a film company “World Cinema Foundation” and he was there at Cannes for presenting his latest film, ” the Italian classic Il Gattapardo” directed by Lucino Viscomti.

Martin was very impressed by Ash since he watched her performance in Bhansali’s “Devdas’ and the another reason behind considering Aishwarya for the lead role in his new film is his keen interest on restoring Uday Shankar’s classic dance-ballet film “Kalpana” because he finds Aishwarya is the most suitable actress for the central character of Kalpana.

Ash will attend the dinner hosted by Scorsese this Sunday and there they will talk about the film script and other things and according to sources, multiple discussions wth hollywood filmmaker points that Aishwarya will most likely accept the offer.

However, Hollywood is not an unknown place for Aishwarya. She has alreay worked in hollywood films: “Mistress of Spices”, ” Bride and Prejudice”, “Provoked”, “The Pink Panther II” etc.

The most awaiting film is legendary director’s Mani Ratnam’s unique project “Ravana” which stars southern superstar Vikram & Aishwarya’s hubby, Abhishek Bacchan in lead roles. Abhishek is going to play title role of Ravana and Vikarm will portray the character of Ram.

Apart from Ravana, one of her other upcoming projects are, producer Vipul Shah’s full too commercial masala film “ Action Replay”. For this film, after a long time since they worked in “Khaki”, Ash and Akshay Kumar are coming opposite each other in lead roles.

The next film in line is director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ambitious project “Guzarish” for which he is repeating Jodha Akbar’s hit jodi once again. Aishwarya is portraying the character of a married nurse who falls deeply in love with a paraplegic wheelchair-using patient, suffering from impairments of the motor and sensory functions of the lower limbs, played by Hrithik Roshan. According to tabloids, apart from acting, Ash and Hrithik have sung a duet song as well in the film.

Beyond bollywood, Ash is doing a multi billion Tamil project “ Endhiran” oppsoite great actor Rajnikath. The film’s story is based on famous Tamil writer Rajesh Kumar’s novel on a unique robot with human emotions and feelings. The story revolves around an intelligent young scientist who builds a robot which is capable of feeling things just like humans do and is also able to experience all kinds of human emotions.

So, All of you Aishwarya’s big fans years wait since her last film “ Jodha Akbar” is over now. Its time to gear up to see lots and lots of Aisharya on silver screen this year.

Its not like Aishwarya is very ambitious for her career only and thus don’t want to enjoy motherhood else her professional life will be affected. Instead, the reason is something serious and entirely different. according to recent media reports, bacchan bahu Ash is suffering from stomach tuberculosis and the tuberculosis treatment is a strict continuous process which runs for several months.

medicines, drugs and other medical recommendations can not be skipped even for a day and that is why Ash has decided not to get pregnant until she is completely recovered from TB and become absolutely fit and healthy to grow a fetusutus inside her and give her all she needs.

if this is the reason, we must say it is definitely a right decision from Aishwarya for her and baby’s health. we wish Ash all the best to get well soon and give birth to a lovely grandchild of Amitji and Jaya ji. so until Ash becomes absolutely fit and good news comes out, just enjoy viewing this lovely couple on screen.

Well, nothing much just Ash’s beautiful lips got swollen due to overdose of antibiotics. actually, Ash was shooting for Vipul Amritlal Shah’s upcoming flick ” Action – Replay“..shooting schedule was very important thus tight and so, Ash had to work for long hours than usual..but that morning, before she started from home, she suddenly got high fever and throat infection… the professional Ash did not prefer to cancel the important shoot and just had some high does of antibiotics to get relived soon.

She reached on the sets and shot all the scenes well till noon. but at lunch break she realized that her lips were swelled up due to overdoes of antibiotics she consumed in the morning and it can be clearly noticed by anyone. even then, Aishwarya decided to proceed with the remaining shoot planned for the day and covered her face with a dupatta for rest of the scenes and Ash did it perfectly.

What a professionalism Ash!!! hats off to you that in spite of being such a big star you understood the importance of your job and film unit efforts. well, lots of expenditure in being made on the project. even small things are getting treated very carefully and precisely for this movie. as an example, since this is a film which related with 70′s decade, Vipul Shah wanted to give an entirely unique look to Ash and Akshay for certain scenes and he did every possible arrangements to get that effect on actor’s look. he got a special wig for Ash designed by Hollywood’s renowned make up men Paul Pattison who had previously associated with many Hollywood super hits like Mission Impossible, brave heart etc.

Now days Aishwarya is shooting for Vipul Shah’s upcoming flick “ Action – Replay” and holi dance number which will be the entry song for Aish in the film, director Vipul Shah wanted to make this holi song full of colors and water had made all the arrangements for it, even Vipul had prepared visuals of the song with a specialized camera but later both Ash and Shah changed their mind because of the huge water supply problem in mumbai and dropped the idea to shoot wet holi in stead now they will shoot this holi with dry colors only.

Recently, during an media interview, Vipul told the same. “Yes it is true that we are not going ahead with the earlier planned water sequence in the holi song as we would have used at least 70-80 tankers of water for the three day shoot.

It is an elaborate song with 500 extras and 150 dancers involved. I was very excited about it but then realised the magnitude of the water scarcity the city is facing. Aishwarya also opined that we should not go ahead with the plan.

Both of us were on the same page on this. We have now decided to shoot it in a different way. The entire visual of the song has been reworked – it will still be a holi song but without water. It will be completely dry.”

Well, this is definitely the great idea for great cause. Hats off to Vipul and Aishwarya.

Actually, Endhiran’s shoot happened on a top of hill overseas…the location was so high and distant from their hotels that to reach there itself it took 5 hours long car drive…. also because of hills, their vanity vans were parked so far from the actual shooting location that going there and coming back was not at all a easy task.

Moreover there was not a single washroom available at the shooting spot…but both Aishwarya & Rajni showed true professionalism and their devotion towards job.. and in spite of being superstars they did not complain and managed any how to survive answering nature calls and other necessities on the set.

Initially due to global recession the project was struck in mid and shelved for a while but now Sun Pictures company from Chennai has brought the production rights and film is planned to be released in april this year and..

Other than Endhiran, Aish will also be seen on silver screen along with hubby Abhishek for Maniratanam’s upcoming drama “ Ravana” . it might possible that Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming movie “ Gujaarish” in which she is once again paired with Hrithik Roshan will get release by year end. Currently the Guzaarish shooting is on with full speed.

Rest she is also shooting for Vipul Shah’s “Action Replay” with Akshay Kumar. So guys!!! Hopefully you will see lots and lots of Aishwarya this year.

Out of these, a hot news in air is that couple has started planning to have a baby soon.. well, how much truth or rumor is in it will be transparent with time but definitely each n every damn, small thing related to this couple becomes much awaited for people from all over country.   So guys, lets wait little more and see this wonderful couple together on screen.
