Even a conflicted argument happened between Vikram and co- producer Govind Menon on the set. In between all this, Mallika took menon’s side and tried to justify the bikini on the demand of scene but Vikram was not convinced by any damn thing…he was rigid for his point of view and finally Mallika was provided a skin colored body suit to shoot the sequence and shooting was continued.

Recently, during an media interview, Vipul told the same. “Yes it is true that we are not going ahead with the earlier planned water sequence in the holi song as we would have used at least 70-80 tankers of water for the three day shoot.

It is an elaborate song with 500 extras and 150 dancers involved. I was very excited about it but then realised the magnitude of the water scarcity the city is facing. Aishwarya also opined that we should not go ahead with the plan.

Both of us were on the same page on this. We have now decided to shoot it in a different way. The entire visual of the song has been reworked – it will still be a holi song but without water. It will be completely dry.”
